Strict Policy on Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
Exceptions and Discretionary Returns:
In exceptional cases, if a return is absolutely necessary, it will be subject to our sole discretion. Any return agreed upon will be for store credit ONLY.
How to Request a Discretionary Return:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide detailed information about the issue and why you believe a return is necessary.
- Our team will review your request and determine if a return is warranted.
- If approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided, and store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Important Notes:
- Store credit will only be issued for the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Any shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
