Firearms are mechanical devices, and as such, may from time to time suffer failures of one type or another.

Please be informed, that due to all the legal issues pertaining to the licensing of a firearm, and the subsequent possession, transportation or use thereof, TNT cannot be held accountable for any mechanical failures on a firearm.

Once you, as the client, have taken possession of the firearm, any adverse events, including but not limited to, breakages or unsatisfactory performance, will need to be corrected out by the Importer/Wholesaler. In the case of 2nd hand/used firearms, all our guns are test fired prior to sale and are sold in working condition, but we offer no warranty on used firearms. Items are purchased “as is”.

Most importers are aware of their firearms strengths and weaknesses, and will be in a position to make any necessary repairs or replacements.

Please take special note that most manufacturers’ warranties will state that warranties become null and void should ammunition other than factory ammunition be used. This includes privately and factory reloaded ammunition.

TNT will always endeavor to sell the very best top tier equipment. TNT will also always be available to put you in touch with correct people by means of providing contact details as well as date of Ownership transfer to you, the client.

Any delays, technical problems or any other problems around licensing, however they occur, must be dealt with and handled by you the client.

The ERSC provides firearms for licensing in good faith, and in return, expects you the client to be a citizen in good standing and being able to fulfil all statutory requirements to be able to acquire a firearm license.

As such, we do not offer to get involved in any licensing issues once you have submitted the application, Again, TNT understands the process and can provide advice and all necessary contact details for the CFR.

Any License refusals or your decision to withdraw the application will not result in an automatic refund. TNT will decide on a refund weighing up all the circumstances, and may refund the value up to a maximum of 50% of the purchase price of the firearm, upon the resale of the firearm to a third party.

350’S: Although we strive to ensure that all firearms are registered to us as per statutory requirements, we are not in control of CFR changes. If the firearm is not in our stock, we will do our utmost to correct this as soon as realistically possible. We appreciate your patience in this regard.
